Okeyhaul Spreadsheet: collect finds, then build your order

Browse product categories, verify the original seller and use Okeyhaul to order and ship your choices. This guide keeps the purchase order and the later parcel separate, so you know what you are paying for at each stage.

Already holding a list of links? The walkthrough below sorts them before you pay for any of them

Sixteen categories, and what each one does to your parcel

These are the groups people actually paste links for. Each one goes straight to that category in our catalogue. The line under each is not a sales pitch: it is the thing about that category which changes either who opens the box or what the freight costs.

A pair of white leather platform sneakers with perforated toe panels, placed on a pale surface

Sneakers

Shoes are opened and checked. Whether the shoe box rides along is your call, and it costs volume either way.

Category
A hooded waterproof shell jacket in grey and navy, hanging on a rail against a dark board

Jackets & coats

Billed on the space it fills. One coat can outprice three pairs of jeans that weigh exactly the same.

Category
A cream coloured zip up hooded sweatshirt laid flat against a plain backdrop

Hoodies

Bulky for its weight, which is where most people first meet volumetric billing.

Category
A white short sleeved t-shirt printed with a cartoon pizza slice

T-shirts

Cheap enough to order ten. Ten identical ones is what starts reading as a commercial shipment.

Category
Black distressed flared jeans with mesh side panels, photographed flat on white

Jeans

Heavy and flat. Jeans set the weight floor before anything else goes in the box.

Category
Wide leg white sweatpants with small floral embroidery, worn with a cream sweatshirt

Sweatpants

Soft and compressible, the rare case where asking for tighter packing really does cut the bill.

Category
A bright pink hooded sweatshirt with a printed label graphic on the chest

Womenswear

No category of its own in the catalogue, so this one runs as a search. Fit is the usual reason a first order turns into an exchange.

Search results
A light blue short sleeved football shirt on a wooden hanger against a black mesh wall

Jerseys

Style and size get compared against your link. Whether the printed name is the right one is settled with the seller.

Category
A monogram canvas crossbody bag with a red and green woven strap, photographed against a plain wall

Bags

On the short list of things that do get opened. The hardware is still judged by eye, not tested.

Category
A mesh backed trucker cap in red, white and blue with an embroidered patch across the front panel

Hats

Light, and easy to crush. Shape is not something an inspection photo can promise you.

Category
A black leather belt coiled inside its presentation box, with a gold interlocking double ring buckle

Belts

Rarely moves the weight at all. A coiled one can still decide which box size the parcel needs.

Category
Black rectangular framed sunglasses with brown tinted lenses, resting on a display block

Eyewear

Never unwrapped, so the packaging it arrived in is the only thing anyone actually sees.

Category
A hand holding a clear rectangular fragrance bottle of pale pink liquid with a plain white label, beside a white cylindrical box and a paper bag

Perfume

Liquid, so it sits in the customs risk clause and can be lifted out of the parcel before the rest of it flies.

Category
A pendant shaped like a sleeping cartoon character, set with clear and blue stones, hanging from a gold rope chain

Jewellery

Small, dense, and checked without being unwrapped at any point.

Category
A chronograph wristwatch with a rose gold case, a pale marbled dial, three black sub dials and a black rubber strap

Watches

Checked from the outside only. The photos are everything you get before it ships.

Category
Silver over ear headphones with white ear cushions, shown alone on a white background

Electronics

The group where authenticity, function and quality checks are all explicitly excluded.

Category

Womenswear runs as a search rather than a category because the catalogue is built by product type, not by who wears it. All 23 categories, with the purchase order and waybill notes for each.

What is an Okeyhaul Spreadsheet?

A browsable catalogue of product finds. Category cards help you reach an item; the original seller listing holds its current price, options and availability. The catalogue is separate from the agent account where you pay, review warehouse photos and arrange delivery.

Why use this Okeyhaul Spreadsheet?

Start with a category, then use the guide to turn the link into an order you understand. The link checker separates item costs from parcel costs and highlights inspection or shipping questions before you pay.

What is Okeyhaul?

Okeyhaul buys things in China on your behalf. You give it a link to a listing on a Chinese marketplace, it pays the seller, receives the goods at its own warehouse in Shenzhen, checks them, stores them, and ships whatever you tell it to ship. The company behind the site is EASYFLOW LOGISTICS LIMITED, company number 16065800, registered in Cambridge, England.

That matters because the two halves of the job are billed and timed separately, and because the parts nobody explains are the parts where money moves after you thought you had paid.

What Okeyhaul is, who runs it, and when another agent suits you better

Why choose Okeyhaul?

Its buying and forwarding services let you collect purchases at a warehouse before selecting an international route. The separate item and parcel records help you follow purchases, request relevant checks and choose which items ship together. Compare current destination support, payment costs, inspection limits and claim terms before opening an order.

How to use the Okeyhaul Spreadsheet and agent

Paste four links and you have created four separate purchase orders, each with its own number beginning with OG. Each one is paid for on its own, travels to Shenzhen on its own and lands on the shelf on its own clock.

Only later, when items are marked as shippable, do you tick the ones that will travel together. That selection becomes a parcel with a number beginning with S. The international freight, the packaging fee and the parcel extras all attach to that second number.

Those two prefixes are not our invention. They come from the official value added service pages, which tell you to write OG plus number in the remarks box for an item and S plus number for a parcel.

The parcel panel on the official site: a warehouse row, a destination country selector, a running count of selected products and total weight, and a query button
The parcel is something you assemble: pick the warehouse, pick the destination, and the panel keeps a running count until you ask it to quote.
  1. Find and verify. Save the seller URL, selected colour, quantity and size measurements.
  2. Submit and pay for the purchase. Paste the URL or fill the custom form. Check goods, domestic freight and selected services.
  3. Read warehouse QC. Match photos to the order, ask for missing evidence and resolve returns before the deadline.
  4. Build the parcel. Choose packing and an eligible route, pay the reviewed shipping quote and keep tracking through delivery.

Asked before a first order

Twenty more of these, each with the official page it came from, are on the FAQ page.

A column of question titles from the official help centre index, including how to calculate the fee of agency purchase, inspection rules of purchase service order, and what kind of online-shopping-platform that Okeyhaul are supported
The answers on this site are traced back to entries like these, by title, so you can go and read the original.
Is Okeyhaul a shop or an agent?

An agent. It buys from Chinese marketplaces on your behalf and ships the result. The official explanation of the service is official help article 225, and the company details are on the contact page.

Do I need a Chinese account to use it?

No for the purchase service, which exists precisely for people without a Taobao or Alipay account. Parcel forwarding is the other way round: you buy it yourself and send it to the warehouse. official help article 212

Which marketplaces can it buy from?

The supported list names Taobao, TMALL, 1688. A second official page lists buyer working hours for Weidian, Yupoo and Xianyu, so the two pages do not fully agree. If a link is not read automatically, the custom order screen lets you type the details in. official help article 226

Can I see photos before it ships?

Yes. Inspection photos come with the standard check, extra photos of a logo or a measurement are a paid per photo service, and parcel photos are free but only if you tick the box when submitting the waybill. official help article 239, official help article 243

What does this site earn from?

Links to okeyhaul.com are referral links. That pays for the guide and does not change what we write. The awkward parts, including a search that asks you to log in and pages that contradict each other, are described as awkward. More about who writes this
