What Okeyhaul announced, and what it changes for you
Okeyhaul runs a notice board on its own site. This page keeps a dated record of what has been posted there, because promotions and route changes disappear from the board and nobody keeps the old ones.
What the notice board is for
The board carries holiday closures, route openings and closures, shipping price changes, system upgrades and promotions. It is the only place some of that appears, and a holiday closure in particular is worth knowing about before you time an order.
It is also the place to check when something looks wrong. Two of the entries below are labelled as an issue and then as resolved, which is more useful than silence.

Titles and dates below are Okeyhaul's own, copied from the board on the dates in the third column. We have not rewritten them and we do not know the full text of every one, so nothing here should be read as a current offer. Check the live board before you act.

The board itself is not a stable archive
This is worth stating plainly. On 2026-08-06 the board listed eight notices dated in 2026, the most recent from July. On 2026-08-20, in the same browser and on the same page, the most recent notice listed was dated 2025-12-20 and none of the 2026 entries appeared. We read it a third time on 2026-10-08: the newest entry was still the one dated 2025-12-20, titled Shipping Rate Update, and there were still no 2026 entries at all.
We do not know why, and we are not going to guess. What follows from it is practical: if a promotion or a route change matters to your order, screenshot it when you see it, and confirm it with support rather than relying on the board still showing it next week.
The home page pop up on 2026-08-20 was a daily deals and giveaway reminder, whose matching board entry is dated 2025-07-02. Front page pop ups and the board do not necessarily agree either.
What these notices tend to mean for a list of links

Holiday closures
Chinese New Year, Labor Day and Dragon Boat notices appear every year. Sellers stop dispatching before the warehouse does, so a link submitted late sits on the seller side, not the shelf. official help article 216

These hit the parcel, never the commodity order. An estimate you took before a rate change is stale, so re run it on the packed size. official help article 223

A new route can change which size and weight limits apply to you, and a closed one can send a packed parcel back to the warehouse. official help article 270

Recorded a difference in the official notice board
2026-08-20. Eight notices dated 2026 were listed on 2026-08-06 and were not listed on 2026-08-20. Both readings are kept above rather than quietly replaced.
Left the free storage period unresolved on purpose
2026-08-20. Four official statements give 90, 100 and 180 days from three different statuses. The guide shows all four and recommends planning against the shortest.
