What Okeyhaul is, and who is behind it
A shopping agent is a company that buys things in China for people who cannot buy them directly, then forwards them. That is a simple idea with a long tail of detail, and the detail is where the surprises live.
What a shopping agent does
Okeyhaul describes the service plainly on its own help pages: you need someone else to buy something on your behalf and deliver it to you, because you are outside China or cannot buy the item where you live. You find the product on a Chinese marketplace, hand over the link, and the agent does the buying.
What the official description leaves out is the shape of the process. Okeyhaul does not forward your parcel the moment it buys. It receives your goods into its own warehouse in Shenzhen, inspects them, weighs and measures them, and puts them on a shelf. Your things sit there until you decide what travels home together.
So an agent is really two services stapled together: a buyer in China, and a warehouse that consolidates. The rest of this guide keeps them apart on purpose.
What can be checked
Marketing copy is not evidence. These are the details that appear on official pages and can be looked up.
| Detail | Value | Where it says so |
|---|---|---|
| Operating company | EASYFLOW LOGISTICS LIMITED | contact page and the site footer |
| Company number | 16065800 | contact page |
| Registered office | Suite 302, 4 Station Square, Cambridge, England, CB1 2GE | contact page |
| Warehouse | Shenzhen, China | official help article 215 |
| Support email | [email protected] | contact page |
| Business email | [email protected] | contact page |
| Community | Discord, linked from the home page | contact page |
| Marketplaces named as supported | Taobao, TMALL, 1688 | official help article 226 |
Read on 2026-08-20. A company number is worth more than a slogan, because it can be looked up in a public register.
Two service lines, and they are billed differently
Okeyhaul runs the purchase service and parcel forwarding side by side. People often sign up for one while thinking about the other.
Purchase service
- Okeyhaul buys the item from the seller for you
- You settle the seller price and the domestic freight up front
- Made for people with no Taobao or Alipay account
- Total cost is commodity cost, then international freight, packaging and any extras
Parcel forwarding
- You buy it yourself and have it delivered to the warehouse
- You declare quantity, price and details on a forwarding order
- Made for people who already shop on Chinese sites, or who are sent gifts
- Total cost is international freight, packaging and any extras
What it promises about its own warehouse
These are published on the home page. They are worth knowing because they are the only part of the trip Okeyhaul controls end to end, and because they are hours rather than days, which is unusual to state publicly.
One caveat comes from a different page. Paid priority purchase is defined as four hours of the buyer working time, and the working windows are listed per platform, mostly 9:00 to 18:00. So a twelve hour procurement promise is not twelve hours on a wall clock at three in the morning. official help article 240

Why choose Okeyhaul, and what is the same everywhere
Okeyhaul offers buying, warehouse photos and parcel consolidation. Compare its current charges, route coverage, return terms and support process with the same purchase through another service.
Three things about Okeyhaul are genuinely worth knowing. First, it publishes its internal handling times as hours. Second, its paid extras are priced per unit and it tells you which unit, which is why this guide is organised that way. Third, a third party measurement by QCRadar on 2026-07-31 put the service fee at 0 (standard platforms) for standard platforms while measuring a currency conversion markup of +11.0%. If that holds, the cost is in the exchange rate rather than in a line item you can see at checkout.
Treat that number as a shape, not a price. It was measured once, on one day, by someone else. QCRadar
When another agent is the better call
A guide that cannot say this is an advert. Here are four situations where we would not point a beginner at Okeyhaul.
You cannot browse without an account
The product search and the image search render a login screen when you are not signed in. If you want to window shop before committing an email address, browse a catalogue of finds first and treat the agent as the checkout.
Your seller is on a platform outside the named list
The supported list names Taobao, Tmall and 1688. Everything else lands on the custom order screen, where you type the details and the disclaimer excludes returns for specification differences. An agent that formally supports your platform is worth more than a workaround. official help article 226
You need the item inspected properly
Inspection covers appearance, model, style and size, and explicitly not authenticity, function or quality for electronics, nor anything sealed. If your purchase depends on someone powering it on, no agent on this model will do it. official help article 208
You are shipping one small thing, once
Consolidation is the point of a warehouse. One light item shipped alone pays the first weight band and the packaging fee for nothing. A local reseller may cost less in total.
The parts of the site you can look at before signing up

Three official pages work while logged out, and they are the useful ones for planning: the freight estimate, the custom order screen and the help centre. The points store is linked from the home page too, though when we opened it on 2026-08-20 while logged out it rendered an empty catalogue.
The product search and the image search both render a login screen instead of results. That is worth knowing before you plan an evening of browsing.
Compare Okeyhaul with other buying agents
Superbuy and Basetao are other services that can purchase or forward goods from China. Their account workflows and available services differ; a familiar agent name does not establish that your item and destination are supported.
Compare the same seller item, packed size and destination. Include purchase and payment charges, domestic delivery, optional checks, storage, packing, international freight and destination charges. Ask each service about returns, restricted goods and the support evidence needed for a claim. Choose on that complete workflow rather than a signup coupon or an isolated delivery story.
