Okeyhaul SpreadsheetFrom a list of links to one parcel
About

Who writes this, and how it is checked

An independent guide with a commercial interest, stated plainly, and a method you can audit line by line.

What this site is

It is a guide for people ordering from Chinese marketplaces through Okeyhaul for the first time. It is written by the Okeyhaul Spreadsheet editorial desk, the same desk that maintains our own catalogue of finds.

It is not Okeyhaul. We hold no stock, take no payments, cannot see your orders and cannot refund anything. If your parcel is late, we are the wrong people to ask, and the help page shows who is the right one.

Links to okeyhaul.com are referral links. That is what pays for the guide. It does not change what gets written: a search that asks you to log in, a points store that renders empty, official pages that contradict each other and a payment article carrying another brand name are all described here as they are.

The official help centre index, with a sidebar of problem categories on the left and the question titles filed under purchase on behalf on the right
What a source looks like before it becomes a sentence here: the official index, its categories, and the questions they file.

How a fact gets onto this site

Four rules, applied to every page.

Official help article titled how long can the product be kept in the Okeyhaul warehouse, dated 2024-04-30, giving a normal storage period of 180 days from the order status in storage with an email reminder at 150 days, and 60 days for abnormal packages counted from the status signed for
One of the official answers to the storage question, with two clocks in it: the normal one that warns you, and the abnormal one that does not.
RuleWhat it means in practice
Every number carries a sourceThe official article number and the date we read it, or a named third party with the date they measured it.
No invented figuresIf we cannot find an official statement, the site says so. That is why several category cards carry no Chinese term.
Contradictions are shown, not resolvedWhere official pages disagree, both readings appear, with the article numbers.
Screenshots are datedInterface images say when they were captured, because the interface moves.

Last full check of the official help centre: 2026-08-20.

Why the domain says links and the site says Spreadsheet

The name describes the links you collect and the guide that connects them with an Okeyhaul order. The site is an independent resource for finding items, planning checks and understanding the purchase and parcel stages.

Use the category catalogue to find an item, the walkthrough to place the order and the help pages when a payment, return or shipment needs attention.

The category catalogue helps you find candidates; seller checks, warehouse photos and route rules decide whether a purchase suits your needs. Read the full buying guide before funding an order.

The header of the official purchase order form, reading fill purchase order above three numbered steps: fill and submit, pay deposit, wait for shipping
The official form numbers the order side in three steps, and none of them is the parcel you will build later.
