Browse by category, and know what it costs you
Category is the fastest filter on a catalogue, and it decides more than style. It decides whether anyone unwraps the item, whether something gets pulled out before the parcel flies, and whether the bill follows the scale or the size of the box.
Two questions every category answers
The first is who opens it. The warehouse unwraps garments, bags, suitcases and shoes and checks colour, size, style and obvious damage. Everything else is judged from the outside, and anything sealed stays sealed. For electronics the exclusion is explicit: no authenticity, function or quality check.
The second is what the category does to a parcel. Some things are heavy, some are bulky, some hold a battery or a liquid and can be removed before shipping, and some are fragile in a way that moves the loss to you once a courier calls it fragile.
Each card below answers both, marked with the unit it belongs to.
23 categories, and no catch all
There is deliberately no Other category here. A link that could sit anywhere tells you nothing about who will open it or what it does to the freight, which is the only reason this page exists. Every link below was tested on 2026-08-20 and returns a live category page in our catalogue. Chinese terms shown on a card are the official ones from the official keyword list.

T-shirts
T恤 / T-Shirt- OG
- A garment, so the warehouse does open it and checks colour, size and large-area damage.
- S
- Cheap and light, which is exactly why people order ten of them. Too many identical items in one parcel reads as a commercial shipment.
Based on official help article 221 and official help article 248.

Hoodies
卫衣 / Hoody- OG
- Sizing is the usual reason for an exchange request, and an exchange is only free while the seller has not dispatched yet.
- S
- Bulky for its weight. A hoodie is the classic item that gets billed on volume rather than on the scale.
Based on official help article 219 and official help article 213.

Jackets
夹克 / Jacket- OG
- Counts as a garment, so colour and size are checked, but not stitching quality or how it wears.
- S
- Heavier than it looks once two or three are in the same box. Watch the 10 kg line that pushes a parcel towards commercial treatment.
Based on official help article 208 and official help article 248.

Down jackets
羽绒服 / Down Coat / Jacket- OG
- Seasonal listings go out of stock quietly. The seller's inventory is not always current when the order reaches the buyer.
- S
- The one category where vacuum packing is worth the money, because the volume is the cost.
Based on official help article 211 and official help article 245.

Jeans
牛仔裤 / Jeans- OG
- Measurements matter more than the label. A paid photo with a tape measure against the garment is cheaper than a return.
- S
- Dense and heavy. Two pairs can change which weight band the whole parcel lands in.
Based on official help article 239 and official help article 213.

Shorts
短裤 / Shorts- OG
- Light enough that the domestic delivery fee is a real share of the cost, so buying several from one seller in one order matters.
- S
- Good filler for a parcel that is already going out, poor reason to open a parcel on its own.
Based on official help article 222 and official help article 248.

Sneakers
运动鞋 / Sport Shoes- OG
- Shoes are on the short list of things the warehouse will unwrap, so a photo request here actually returns something useful.
- S
- Boxes are volume. Ask whether the shoe box is going in the parcel before you pay freight.
Based on official help article 208 and official help article 244.
Casual shoes
帆布鞋 / Canvas Shoes- OG
- Same inspection scope as sneakers: appearance, model, style and size, nothing about how they are built.
- S
- Pairs stack badly. Pre-packing tells you the real weight before you commit to a route.
Based on official help article 208 and official help article 244.

Bags
手提包 / Handbag- OG
- Bags are inside the inspection scope, so hardware and obvious damage get looked at.
- S
- Structured bags hold their shape and their volume. Compression is not an option for them.
Based on official help article 208 and official help article 270.

Backpacks
背包 / Backpack- OG
- Check whether the listing includes the internal pouches shown in the photos, because the inspection covers appearance, not contents.
- S
- Large but light. This is the shape most likely to be billed on volume.
Based on official help article 208 and official help article 213.

Wallets
钱包 / Wallets- OG
- Small enough that a shortfall on the seller's side is proportionally large.
- S
- The item people forget they already have in storage while the free storage clock runs.
Based on official help article 214 and official help article 278.

Jewellery
项链 / Necklace- OG
- Not a garment, bag, suitcase or shoe, so the warehouse checks the outside and stops there.
- S
- Light and high value, which is the combination customs pays attention to when the declared value looks wrong for the weight.
Based on official help article 208 and official help article 246.

Watches
女士手表 / Women's Watch- OG
- Often arrives sealed. Sealed packaging is explicitly out of inspection scope, so nobody opens it to confirm the movement.
- S
- Battery-powered models fall under the sensitive list, and sensitive items get taken out of the parcel rather than shipped.
Based on official help article 208 and official help article 224.

Hats
棒球帽 / Baseball Hat- OG
- Cheap per unit, so several from one seller in one purchase order share a single domestic delivery fee.
- S
- Crushable, which is a packing instruction you have to write down rather than assume.
Based on official help article 222 and official help article 244.

Eyewear
太阳镜 / Sunglasses- OG
- Usually boxed and sealed, so the check is appearance only.
- S
- Fragile in the way that is not obvious. Reinforcement is a paid service and it changes the weight.
Based on official help article 208 and official help article 242.

Electronics
- OG
- The inspection explicitly does not cover authenticity, function or quality for electronic products. Nobody powers it on.
- S
- Batteries, liquids and powders are the categories the disclaimer names as customs risk, and the platform does not carry that risk for you.
Based on official help article 208 and official help article 224.

Headphones
- OG
- Accessories present or missing is checked. Whether the sound works is not.
- S
- Anything with a battery is on the sensitive list, which means it can be removed from the parcel before it ships.
Based on official help article 221 and official help article 224.

Perfume
- OG
- Not a garment, bag, suitcase or shoe, so the box is checked from the outside and stays closed.
- S
- A large volume of liquid is named in the customs risk clause, and sensitive items can be taken out of the parcel to protect the rest of the shipment.
Based on official help article 208 and official help article 224.

Jackets & coats
外套 / Coat- OG
- A garment, so it does get opened: colour, size, style and obvious damage are compared against the link you handed over.
- S
- The single worst item for volumetric weight. One coat can cost more to fly than three pairs of jeans that weigh the same.
Based on official help article 221 and official help article 248.

Sweatpants
运动裤 / Sweatpants- OG
- Sizing is the usual reason a garment comes back, and the free window closes the moment the seller dispatches.
- S
- Light, soft and compressible, which is the one case where asking for tighter packing actually changes the bill.
Based on official help article 221 and official help article 248.

Womenswear
- OG
- Opened and checked like any other garment. Fit complaints are the most common reason a first order turns into an exchange request.
- S
- Mixed sizes in one order are fine on the waybill; ten of the same dress is what reads as a commercial shipment.
Based on official help article 221 and official help article 248.

Jerseys
- OG
- The warehouse compares style and size, not whether the name and number are the ones you asked for. Customised print is a seller problem, and you settle it before dispatch.
- S
- Thin and flat, so a stack of them is one of the few orders where the scale, not the box, decides the price.
Based on official help article 221 and official help article 248.

Belts
皮带 / Belt- OG
- Not a garment, bag, suitcase or shoe, so the box is checked from the outside and stays closed. Buckle finish is judged from the photos only.
- S
- Small, dense and awkwardly long. A belt rarely moves the weight, but a coiled one can decide which box size the whole parcel needs.
Based on official help article 208 and official help article 248.
The official keyword list stops at womenswear
Okeyhaul publishes a Chinese and English keyword list so buyers can paste the right term into a marketplace search. It is a genuinely useful page, and it is also incomplete: it covers women's clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery and accessories and stops there.
That is why the cards above carry an official term for clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery and accessories, and none at all for electronics, headphones and home goods. Inventing Chinese search terms and presenting them as official would be worse than leaving the field empty. For those categories the same page suggests asking support.
Categories that change the parcel, not just the wardrobe
If you are deciding what to add to a shipment that is already going out, these five change the arithmetic.
| Category | What it does to a parcel | The official basis |
|---|---|---|
| Down jackets, duvets, plush toys | Volume rather than weight decides the bill, and vacuum packing exists for this. | official help article 245 |
| Ceramics, glass, anything brittle | Integrity is guaranteed only up to shipment, and reinforcement is a paid extra priced per item. | official help article 242, official help article 267 |
| Battery powered items, liquids, powders, glue | Named as sensitive and taken out of the parcel to protect the rest of the shipment. | official help article 224 |
| Ten or more of the same thing | Reads as a commercial parcel, which changes how customs treats it. | official help article 248 |
| Anything over ten kilograms | Also more likely to be read as commercial. | official help article 248 |
Checked 2026-08-20. Crossing one of these lines does not block a parcel, it changes how the parcel is treated, and the treatment costs money.
After you have chosen a category
The link is only the first of three decisions.
Three questions, and an answer assembled from the official pages: how it enters, what settles where, and what could stop the waybill.
Read what goes wrong firstOut of stock after payment, a price shortfall, one restricted item holding up a whole parcel.
Open the catalogueAll categories, with product cards you can browse without an account.
Choose the item and seller before ordering
Open the exact listing and confirm the variant is still available. Compare measurements with an item you own, read the material description and ask about any detail that would change your decision.
Check recent seller feedback for the same product or service, listing photos and return conditions. A familiar image or a low price is not evidence that two sellers offer the same item. Save the seller URL, chosen variant and price before payment so warehouse photos can be compared with a clear order record.
For liquids, batteries, fragile or bulky goods, confirm a destination route before buying. Continue with QC checks.
